Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations, the following items are completely exempt from returns, refunds, or exchanges once delivered:
- Traditional cigarettes and tobacco packs.
- E-liquids, pods, coils, and disposable vapes (once opened/unsealed).
- Condoms and adult wellness products.
Defective or Dead On Arrival (DOA) Electronic Vapes
We understand that electronic hardware (like vape mods, pods, or starter kits) can occasionally have manufacturing faults. We offer a strict policy for these cases:
- 2-Hour Reporting Window: If an electronic device is defective or “Dead On Arrival,” you must report it to our customer support within 2 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing Video Requirement: To claim a replacement for a defective device or an incorrect/missing item, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the parcel label and the opening of the package. Without a video, claims cannot be entertained.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
